In the midst of renovations, Topnotch realized they needed a refreshed digital strategy to go with it. They had tweaked their logo, renovated and rebranded their famous restaurants, and retargeted the hotel at a younger demographic. Having designed the previous Topnotch website, with great success, we were a natural fit to take on the design and build of the new, responsive website.
Design-wise, the Topnotch website needed to showcase the stunning new photography, while appealing to the needs of guests that varied according to the season using content strategy that could accommodate seasonal changes.
On the back end, the resort’s marketing team needed an accessible and flexible CMS, the website had to connect with Synxis booking engine, and be built to capitalize on years of SEO effort. And with renovations nearing completion, it all needed to happen on a very tight timeline.
